The HSG Bullion Terms and Conditions


These HSG Bullion® Terms and Conditions should be viewed as a guide only and may be subject to change. These will be finalised when we begin accepting new Members.

  • Membership with HSG Bullion® is by Invitation only.

    Silver Membership in HSG Bullion® is reserved exclusively for an Individual person 18 years of age or older.

    When an Invitation link is received, you may now Register as a Silver Member and pay your first quarterly fee of $150 USD. It is important to note this is a one-time out of pocket expense.

    Upon registration and payment for Silver Membership, you are automatically entered into the HSG Bullion Loyalty Program.

    HSG Bullion deducts 150 Loyalty Points per quarter to keep your Membership active.

    These future quarterly deductions, come directly from a Member’s Loyalty Account.

    A Silver Loyalty Centre will be activated each time this quarterly deduction is made.

    HSG Bullion will not deduct 150 Loyalty Points, unless you as a registered Member or Caretaker Account, have first benefited a minimum of 300 Loyalty Points since your last quarterly deduction.

    If a Member’s Loyalty Account has not benefited a minimum of 300 Loyalty Points, then no deduction is processed, we simply wait until the next month and repeat this process.



  • A Silver Member will have full access to their Loyalty Account, once they complete their first purchase of our exclusive, HSG Bullion® 1oz Silver Medallion.



  • A Silver Member may redeem Loyalty Points at any time. The only condition is, after the transaction including any fee is completed, they must have a minimum Loyalty Account Balance of 150 Loyalty Points.



  • If after 90 days, you no longer wish to be a Member in HSG Bullion. You may request a full, no questions asked refund, for your one-time out of pocket $150 USD Silver Membership.

    If you received a Gifting Voucher, this means your Membership fee was a generous gift and you are not eligible for a refund.

    When a refund is processed, this will result in termination of your Silver Membership and Loyalty Account.

    At this time $150 USD will be refunded for each Caretaker Account that you have established, meaning these Caretaker Accounts will cease to exist.

    Any Loyalty Points in your Loyalty Account and any Caretaker Loyalty Accounts you have established, will be donated to the HSG Bullion Charity Support Loyalty Account.

    A refund request for a Caretaker Account only, is not available.

    Once a Member has upgraded their Membership status to Gold Member, this refund offer is no longer available.



  • All HSG Bullion® Members can order our exclusive, HSG Bullion® Medallions with confidence, as they are protected by our Replacement Guarantee.

    HSG Bullion® Replacement Guarantee:

    Any Medallions received in a damaged condition will be replaced.

    HSG Bullion will arrange for the damaged Medallion to be shipped back at the expense of HSG Bullion. This must be accompanied with the appropriate Returns Documentation.

    Once received and inspected, at the discretion of HSG Bullion a replacement Medallion will be despatched.

    However, HSG Bullion reserves the right to charge a fee if this request is deemed unreasonable.

    This fee will be deducted directly from the Member's Loyalty Account.



  • There is only 1 Membership per person.



  • As a Member you may create and manage up to 7 Caretaker Accounts. (Conditions Apply).



  • HSG Bullion will assign 1 Mentor per Member.



  • HSG Bullion® is Registered and Trademarked and as such, no Member can use the words HSG Bullion or HSG Bullion® in any form, printed or digital, including use for Search Engine Optimization, Website or Social Media Marketing.



  • Only official HSG Bullion® Information, images and products are permitted to be used when sharing HSG Bullion®.

    This includes Website, Email, Social Media, and Medallions also including any other HSG Bullion® Trademarked products.



  • All Member complaints or concerns are to be emailed directly to the company rather than, via social media.



  • HSG Bullion® is designed for personal collaboration between Members, and between Members and HSG Bullion.

    For this reason, HSG Bullion® does not allow, encourage, or support any mass marketing or advertising/promotions by anyone, other than the Company itself.



  • The HSG Bullion® Company and Members are required to adhere to the HSG Bullion® Privacy Policy.



  • HSG Bullion® also reserves the right to refuse or terminate Memberships without any reason other than by free choice.



  • The HSG Bullion® Company and Members are required to adhere to all and any relevant Anti Money Laundering, Government and Taxation Laws, or requirements within their own country.



  • Failure to follow the HSG Bullion® terms and conditions in any way will result in immediate termination of Membership.

    HSG Bullion may at it’s discretion offer a refund of $150 USD for this Member and for each of the Caretaker Accounts this Member has activated. This will be dependant on the Term or Condition that has been violated.

    HSG Bullion® will terminate a Membership including any Caretaker Accounts that have been activated, with no refund offered for any of the following:

    • Any Member found to have multiple Silver Memberships.

    • Providing false details at the time of registration.

    • Providing false details when activating a Caretaker Account.


    • Disclosure to a Non-Member, Member Only specific information detailing:

      • The HSG Bullion® Mentor Program.

      • Partner with HSG Bullion®.

    • Any misuse, or false representation of HSG Bullion® Official Approved Information, or the use of any other such unofficial information by Members to share or promote HSG Bullion®.

    • Misrepresenting HSG Bullion in such a way which we deem is damaging to our image, and is contrary to the culture, principles and vision of our HSG Bullion Collaborative System.

    • Any Member that we are made aware of, involved in Money Laundering.



  • HSG Bullion® reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion.



  • I consider Membership in HSG Bullion to be a privilege and as such agree to all the above Terms and Conditions.



When a Member chooses to participate in some of the Special Features and Membership upgrades, that HSG Bullion® offers. This Member will be required to accept additional Terms and Conditions, specific to the Special Feature or Membership upgrade that they wish to participate in.
