Buy Now is the process that our Gold and Platinum Member use to order and receive Bullion, in accordance with our company's online procedures.

Buy Now, will only be available through an HSG Bullion® Approved Bullion Dealer.

HSG Bullion reserves the right to determine which Bullion Dealers we establish as HSG Bullion® Approved Bullion Dealer.

When a country has 1000 Gold Members, HSG Bullion® will establish an Approved Bullion Dealer in that country.

HSG Bullion will not do business in any country listed on the UNSC sanction list.

HSG Bullion will also comply with any additional sanction laws in any country where we do business.

The Buy Now process is not available to Silver Members.

Minimum quantities will apply when redeeming Loyalty Points for Silver Bullion using the Buy Now process.

Whenever not enough Loyalty Points are available to place a Buy Now order, the Member simply waits as Loyalty Points accumulate in their Loyalty Account.

A Gold or Platinum Member may redeem Loyalty Points at any time. The only condition is that after the transaction, including any fee, is completed, the Member must have a minimum Loyalty Account Balance of 200 Loyalty Points.

Steps for placing a Buy Now order

  • A Member will establish an account with an HSG Bullion® Approved Bullion Dealer.

  • If your country does not have a local HSG Bullion® Approved Bullion Dealer, then we suggest you establish an account with one of our HSG Bullion® Approved Bullion Dealers that ships internationally. Additional shipping charges, taxes and duties may apply.

  • A Member may choose to use a secure storage facility in the country of purchase.

  • Gold and Platinum Members can place Bullion orders of their choice.

  • Orders will be placed and confirmed, and the total cost, including shipping and insurance, will be emailed to the Member and HSG Bullion.

  • HSG Bullion arranges payment to the Bullion Dealer, provided there are Loyalty Points available in the Member’s Loyalty Account. At a conversion rate of 1 Loyalty Point = $1 USD.

  • Upon receipt of payment, the order is shipped to the Member in accordance with the Bullion Dealer’s shipping and delivery policy.

  • A processing fee of 25 Loyalty Points applies to all orders, this is automatically deducted from the Member’s Loyalty Account.


The HSG Bullion® Buy Now Program is not available for Caretaker Accounts.
