Caretaker Accounts


In HSG Bullion, one of the most powerful benefits available to Members is what we refer to as Caretaker Accounts.

Caretaker Accounts are set up by Members, to benefit someone who is under 18 years of age.

These are incredibly special accounts, that parents, grandparents, guardians, and family friends can set up for the future needs of anyone who is under 18 years of age.

Members can only have 1 Personal Loyalty Account and a maximum of 7 Caretaker Accounts to manage.

A Member is required to complete the HSG Bullion®Mentor Program before they can activate and manage up to 7 Caretaker Accounts.

Once completed, the Member will Login and may now register up to 7 Caretaker Accounts.

Creating a Caretaker Account is achieved simply by filling out the online Caretaker Account application form.

As part of this process a Member will purchase a Silver Medallion Combo, HSG Bullion will create a Loyalty Account and activate a Silver Loyalty Centre for this new Caretaker Account recipient.

HSG Bullion will ship our exclusive, HSG Bullion® 1oz Silver Medallion to the Member on behalf of the Caretaker Account.

The Member would then be able to give this Medallion to the Caretaker Account recipient.

Payment can be made either through our payment processor, or by redemption of Loyalty Points in the Member’s Loyalty Account, or a combination of both. Conversion rate is 1 Loyalty Point = $1 USD.

HSG Bullion deducts 150 Loyalty Points per quarter to keep their Caretaker Account Membership active.

  • A Silver Loyalty Centre will be activated each time this quarterly deduction is made.


HSG Bullion will not deduct 150 Loyalty Points unless the registered Caretaker Account, has first benefited a minimum of 300 Loyalty Points since their last quarterly deduction.

  • If this Caretaker Loyalty Account has not benefited a minimum of 300 Loyalty Points, then no Loyalty Points are deducted, we simply wait until the next month and repeat this process.

  • When registering a Caretaker Account, it is very important to use a Nickname and Email Address that is unique to each Caretaker Account.

  • Since you are the Member that registered this Caretaker Account, HSG Bullion will assign you as their Mentor.

  • All Caretaker Accounts are treated as individual accounts, each with their own Loyalty Account displayed via the HSG Bullion® unique Graphical User Interface (GUI).

  • Caretaker Accounts have been designed so they are easy to manage. They effectively can be set to run-on auto pilot.

  • In special circumstances a request to change the recipient of a Caretaker Account, can be made in writing, to HSG Bullion. Conditions will apply.


A Caretaker Loyalty Account continues to accumulate Loyalty Points, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 12 months a year. It never sleeps.

A Caretaker Accounts, Loyalty Centres also continue to fill 1 slice at a time until all 7 slices are filled.


All Loyalty Points that accumulate in these Caretaker Accounts remain untouched until the recipient of this Caretaker Account turns 18 years of age.

The only exceptions being:

  • When HSG Bullion makes the quarterly deduction of 150 Loyalty Points, to keep a Caretaker Account Membership active. Conditions Apply.


We wish to make it quite clear. These Caretaker Account Memberships are for 1 purpose only, to provide a helping start for our under 18 year old recipients.

To upgrade one of your Caretaker Account to Gold Membership, a Member will purchase a Gold Medallion Combo on behalf of their Caretaker Account.

HSG Bullion will activate a Gold Loyalty Centre for this Caretaker Account.

HSG Bullion will ship our exclusive, HSG Bullion® 1oz Silver/Gold-Plated Medallion to the Member on behalf of the Caretaker Account.

The Member would then be able to give this Medallion to the Caretaker Account recipient.

If a Member wishes to, they may purchase ongoing Silver and Gold Medallion Combos, on behalf of the Caretaker Account Member. Each time a Loyalty Centre will be activated, and a Medallion shipped.

Please note, at no time will a Member be able to access Loyalty Points from their Caretaker Accounts to make these Medallion Combo Purchases.

Once the recipient of a Caretaker Account turns 18 years of age, they will be invited to upgrade to full Membership status, at no additional cost. Upon acceptance they will now operate their account independently. The original Member may now choose to create another Caretaker Account to replace this one.

It is essential that when a Member registers a Caretaker Account all personal details are correct and kept up to date.

HSG Bullion® takes privacy very seriously.


We will only gather information that is needed to upgrade a Caretaker Account Member to full Membership status when they turn 18 Years of Age.

Also, to assist with the Inheritance Benefit.

Keeping in mind, that if a Member that manages Caretaker Accounts is no longer able to, HSG Bullion would assign an Acting Mentor that now takes on this responsibility, and will need to contact any Caretaker Account Members.
