Platinum Membership

Upon receiving an Invitation from HSG Bullion. A Gold Member may choose to upgrade to a Platinum Membership.

To qualify to receive a Platinum Membership Invitation, a Member must meet the following criteria:

• The Member is a Gold Member.


• The Member has 7 active Silver Loyalty Centres and 7 active Gold Loyalty Centres.


• The Member has completed the Mentor Program.


• The Member has purchased a Platinum Bullion product using the Buy Now process.

HSG Bullion will activate your first Platinum Loyalty Centre upon processing your order.

As a Platinum Member, you may have a total of 7 Silver Loyalty Centres, 7 Gold Loyalty Centres and 7 Platinum Loyalty Centres.

As you already have 7 Silver and Gold Loyalty Centres, you cannot buy any additional Silver or Gold Loyalty Centres.

When you have 7 Platinum Loyalty Centres, you cannot buy any additional Platinum Loyalty Centres.

Our Platinum Members continue to earn Loyalty Points from their Silver and Gold Memberships.

Every time HSG Bullion processes a Platinum Member's quarterly membership fee, as detailed in HSG Bullion^®Membership, a Platinum Member receives 1 gifted Silver Loyalty Centre.

These gifted Silver Loyalty Centres are in addition to the 7 Silver Loyalty Centres a Member can purchase.

A Platinum Member may redeem Loyalty Points at any time but must maintain a minimum Loyalty Account Balance of 200 Loyalty Points.

When all 7 slices are filled in your Platinum Loyalty Centre.

This is now considered "Filled and Complete."

HSG Bullion will activate a new Platinum Loyalty Centre for you through the HSG Bullion-funded Auto Re-entry Process.

HSG Bullion^® will also gift you a Silver Loyalty Centre every time one of your Platinum Loyalty Centres is “Filled and Complete”.

HSG Bullion^® donates 100 Loyalty Points to the HSG Bullion^®Charity Support Loyalty Account every time a Platinum Loyalty Centre is “Filled and Complete”.

Platinum Members can access the Buy Now process for ongoing Bullion orders.

All 3 Membership Levels in HSG Bullion are connected to a Member's Loyalty Account. However, each Level functions and operates independently.

What this means is:

• Our Silver Members participate in our Silver Loyalty Program.
  With Silver Loyalty Centres, receiving Silver Loyalty Points.



• Our Gold Members participate simultaneously in our Silver and Gold Loyalty Programs.
  With Silver and Gold Loyalty Centres, receiving Silver and Gold Loyalty Points.



• Our Platinum Members participate simultaneously in our Silver, Gold, and Platinum Loyalty Programs.
  With Silver, Gold, and Platinum Loyalty Centres, receiving Silver, Gold, and Platinum Loyalty Points.

As Loyalty Points accumulate from each of these Membership Levels, these are shown as One Balance in your Loyalty Account.
