- This will result in termination of their Membership and Loyalty Account.
- At this time $150 USD will be refunded for each Caretaker Accounts that this Member has established.
- Any Loyalty Points in the Member and Caretaker Loyalty Accounts will be donated to the HSG Bullion Charity Support Loyalty Account.

HSG Bullion® Replacement Guarantee.
Whenever a Member orders one of our exclusive, HSG Bullion® Medallions, they can do so with confidence knowing they are protected by our Replacement Guarantee.
HSG Bullion provides quality products and services to our customers. We hope you will like what you have ordered, but if something is not right, please let us know.
Goods must be of acceptable quality and match the description that we have given you.
HSG Bullion will replace any faulty or damaged goods that have been purchased online through our website, where the fault or damage is articulated within 14 days of receipt of the order.
- Any Medallions received in a damaged condition will be replaced.
- HSG Bullion will arrange for the damaged Medallion to be returned to us, at the expense of HSG Bullion.
- This must be accompanied with the appropriate Returns Documentation.
- Once received and inspected HSG Bullion will at its discretion send a replacement Medallion.
Please make your product selection carefully, HSG Bullion is not obliged to refund for Change of Mind purchases. Unfortunately, you are not entitled to a refund where you have buyer’s remorse.
